For the Students of Ava White Academy....

Honoring the Students for their Success and Growth... Academically... Socially... Emotionally...

Dear Friends,

We want to invite you to this very special event so you can participate in helping us honor these students and celebrating their success.

Each of these children has a special learning challenge: such as Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD or other learning difficulties. Through the individual work with teachers in all areas, they have been able to feel a sense of accomplishment and not to feel different or alone. One student only played video games and could not read. Now all he wants to do is read, so these are changes that can affect his whole life.

We are grateful to our parents of students we tutored at Ava White Tutorials, who requested we start this Academy and who kept pushing us to do so. We are also indebted to the members of the Georgia Legislature who wrote and passed the SB 10 Bill, assisting students with special needs. This has been a banner year for us at Ava White Academy and Ava White Tutorials. To see true potential of our students emerge like butterflies from cocoons has been more than extraordinary.
